Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Events Manager ("the App"), operated by Akshat Gadodia / Studio by Akshat Gadodia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), that you have read these terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Events Manager is an event planning app. You can create events, manage guests and families, send invitations and collect replies, keep a budget, share a photo gallery and attachments, and invite team members to help organise. The App is provided for planning personal and social events.

3. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers
  • Introduce malware, viruses or any other malicious code
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
  • Send invitations to people who have not agreed to be contacted, or use the App to send spam

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by Akshat Gadodia / Studio by Akshat Gadodia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

The data you enter into the App remains yours. We claim no ownership over it, and you give us only the permission needed to store and show it to you (and to others, where a feature is meant to share it) so that the App can work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. See our Disclaimer for more.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akshat Gadodia / Studio by Akshat Gadodia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
